3240 epoxy board meaning:
3240 is the national standard number, corresponding to the EPGC201 type in IEC893-3-2.
According to JB-T 2197-1996 electrical insulation material product classification, naming and model preparation method:
3240 four Arabic numerals:
The first 3 represents laminates, coiled products, vacuum pressure dipped products
The second place 2 represents the inorganic base laminate
The third 4 represents the temperature index level F (155 degrees)
The fourth digit 0 represents the product variety code
The 3240 epoxy laminate has a smooth surface, no air bubbles, no pits and wrinkles, but allows for other defects that do not affect the use, such as: scratches, indentations, stains and small spots. The edges should be cut neatly and the end faces must be free of delamination and cracks.
